Driver\u2019s age<\/p><p>Minimum 21 years old for credit card holders and 23 years old for non credit card holders, for car Group A, A1, B, B1, C, C1. Every hour in excess is calculated at 1\/5 of the daily rate. For more than 3 hour delay must be paid the full daily rental price.<\/p><p>4. Fuel<\/p><p>Fuel consumption is payable by the renter.<\/p><p>5. Traffic fines<\/p><p>Tickets and attached administrative sanction are solely the renter\u2019s responsibility.<\/p><p>6. Insurance<\/p><p>Rental rates include the following coverages: a) for death or damage to third parties, b) material damage to third parties, c) for fire of the rented vehicle. For damages to the rented car the customer is responsible for up to the entire market value of the vehicle at the time of the accident. In case of theft of the rented car the renter is responsible for 50% of the market value of the car at the time of the theft.<\/p><p>7. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)<\/p><p>The renter\u2019s responsibility for damage mentioned in paragraph 6 is limited \u2013 provided he signs to the relevant terms \u2013 to 400,00 \u20ac by paying an additional charge of 3,00 \u20ac per day for car Groups A, A1, B, B1, C, C1, to 500,00 \u20ac by paying an additional charge of 5,00 \u20ac per day for car Groups D, D1, E, E1, K and to 700,00 \u20ac for an additional charge of 8 \u20ac per day for car Group G. (This service is provided by our company for free.)<\/p><p>8. Full Damage Waiver (FDW)<\/p><p>The renter has the ability to nullify his responsibility in case of damage to the rented car, signed a specific contract clause and additionally paying 5 \u20ac per day for car Groups A, A1, B, B1, C, C1, 7,00 \u20ac per day for car Groups D, D1, E, E1, K and 10 \u20ac per day for car Group G. The above services, mentioned in paragraphs 7 and 8, will apply provided collision damages are not due to violations of the Traffic Law. Baby seats<\/p><p>Available on request for with a daily charge of 2,00 \u20ac.<\/p><p>11. Delivery \u2013 Collection<\/p><p>a) It is not paid by the renter if the pickup and drop off are made from the same station of Panelin , or within the city in which the station is located.<\/p><p>b) It is paid by the renter if the pickup and drop off is made outside the cities where the stations Panelin are located , for cars of classes Kvip, Gvip, Fvip \u2013 0,60 \u20ac \/ km, for other classes \u2013 0,40 \u20ac \/ Km<br \/><br \/>c) It is paid by the renter, if the pickup and drop off take place in different places (0,35 \u20ac for each km, which delays the place of pickup from the place of drop off)<\/p><p>12. Travel abroad<\/p><p>An advance written authorization from PANELIN is required.<\/p><p>13. Ferrying the car<\/p><p>An advance written authorization from Panelin is required.<\/p><p>14. Car Replacement<\/p><p>Panelin reserves the right to change car model in exceptional cases.<\/p><p>15.
